McLean Consultants Aberdeen Limited was set up in February 2011 but the core employees have over twenty years’ experience in providing procurement and supply chain solutions.

McLean Consultants provide procurement and supply chain solutions to organisations of all sizes in a variety of different market segments.

Whilst our services are predominantly provided for UK-based companies, we can deliver solutions throughout Europe, having experience of procurement operations in Denmark, Netherlands and Norway.

Elaine McLean has many years’ experience in developing and leading the procurement and contracts functions to deliver bottom line value from the supply chain and to implement initiatives that will contribute to growth and profitability. 

She is a confident and self-motivated team leader with excellent organisation and management skills who has developed her knowledge and experience of customer service provision in a variety of business sectors.  

With strong commercial, sales, financial, negotiation and communication skills, Elaine has significant experience of service delivery operations both in the UK and in Europe.  An ability to communicate at all levels with clients, management, cross-functional teams and staff ensures targets and deliverables can be efficiently and effectively achieved.
